Jacqueline (Jackie) Browning

Ms. Browning is a Life/Leadership/Executive Coach and a Human Resource Consultant. 

Jackie has over 25 years of coaching experience and HR leadership experience in Employee Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. 

She is the founder of Parkside Consultants, LLC, and has functioned as a consultant for ten years in the areas of Healthcare, Hospitality, and Manufacturing, and coached in the fields of ecclesiastic, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, and women’s business organizations.

Jackie is a highly sought after partner for growth-minded individuals, teams and businesses and a proven catalyst for quickly influencing the development of strategies and clear tactics to drive lasting results. Her effective approach to partnering ranges from coach to guide to strategic advisor.  

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​She is currently President of the Michigan Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She earned a B.A. degree in Business from the Detroit Mercy University. She graduated from the Certified Coach Program (GPCCTM) at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Cleveland, OH, and is credentialed by ICF as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Jackie also completed the Group Coaching Essentials Program through Potentials Realized, in Toronto, Ontario. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) accessor, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).



D. Yvette Montgomery

Ms. Montgomery is a nimble-minded and innovative Human Resource Consultant.

Yvette has 30 years of experience in Human Resources that includes Labor Relations, Personnel Relations, Human Resources Material Development and Training, Equal Employment Planning, and Diversity and Inclusion.

She supervised Human Resources personnel at facilities nationwide with regard to written and oral communications with state and federal agencies charged with upholding laws against employment discrimination.

She developed, implemented, and monitored a process for a multinational manufacturing company that provided an eight-hour diversity training session to over 90,000 employees nationwide.  She also wrote, revised, and/or updated diversity and sexual harassment related materials, i.e., speeches, brochures, guidelines, and manuals.

D. Yvette Montgomery is a graduate of the University of Michigan, with a B.A. in Secondary Education – Speech & Communication.
