Meet your Coach Conductor
One-size-does-not-fit-all in personal and professional development – Ideation Station, offered by Parkside Consultants, LLC, addresses this reality via a sequence of coaching and mentoring sessions designed specifically for women of color and all women.
These sessions are guided by a certified and experienced coach practitioner and Human Resource consultant. The intent is to provide a safe space to confidentially identify proficiency issues, highlight development and growth perspectives, and give access to practical peer-to-peer advice and support.
